This is the first event to be held in Europe in the F1 Power Boat
World Championship, bringing together some of the leading drivers
and teams in this sport.
As it is the largest sports event to be held in Portimão and also a
unique event in Portugal, the Grand Prix will bring moments of high
tension and excitement to the estuary of the River Arade,
transforming the riverside area of Portimão into a natural
amphitheatre, where thousands of people will watch the racing.
